New Game - Day #6

Who ever said "don't let my guard down" yesterday about thinking she'd be doing better about picking out the outfits was right! Today's was quite funny again!

Today it was raining AGAIN (Anyone own a boat? Should we start building one?) Anyway, it was one of the 1st questions she asked today "Is it raining mommy?" Once I said yes, she grabbed the rain boots again today. She decided on a pink skirt w/ white kitties & blue hearts on it, a blue sweatshirt w/ flowers & multi-colors on it (in her defence, it did have pink in the flowers & the blue almost matched the hearts), and a purple sweater w/ butterflies on it. She specifically asked for a zip sweater today. She has 3 &this is what she chose. The she chose a black & white checked hair bow. The outfit was all over the place today!! It made me laugh though (and the lady that saw us in the craft store) But that was our only public outing today, after the craft store we went to our friend Mira's house to play.

This was her bag choice. She tried to fit all this into a tiny little white plastic purse today, but when it didn't fit, she changed to her lady-bug backpack. It was 2 (TWO - because sometimes one isn't enough) tubes of lip-gloss, a 2nd foam shooter she owns (I really wonder what she thinks she might encounter out in public sometimes?!), a sippy cup, a cherry fruit leather, and her bible-story book (at least we know we've taught her something positive)

Yep, that was exactly what I suspected was coming. That is one heck of a funny outfit, kudos to you for actually taking her out. The thing is that two groups of people look at you when your toddler is dressed that way ~ those that smile with nostalgia because they remember those days, and those that smile in laughter because they think they will be immune. Those are the ones I want to laugh back at, their day is coming...
Love how the bag sorta clashes!

Today is the funniest yet. She kinda looks like a little destitute hippy flower child. She could easily be giving out tracts at airports. I vote for an extended run of this game, it's just too amusing!
